How do I sign up for life coaching?

Visit our 'Services' page and select one of our premium packages.  Add the package you choose to your cart and follow the screens to check out.

What happens after I checkout?

After you checkout I will contact you within 24 hours to schedule our first session.

How do we connect for our sessions?

I will contact you on your telephone for our sessions. 

How often do we communicate?

We will have our official one hour session once a week.  I will also communicate with you in between sessions to provide support and accountability for you.

What is your cancellation/late policy?

If you need to cancel a session I ask that you cancel at least 24 hours in advance.  If you cancel a session and its more than 24 hours in advance we will reschedule your session for another time.  If you are less than 15 minutes late to a session we will continue with our session but will have a shorter session that day. (I schedule clients close together so I can't go over in time).  If you are more than 15 minutes late to a session we will cancel the session for that day since there won't be enough time to get a session done.

I am new to coaching, what else should I know?

Coaching is really fun but it requires a lot of focus and time dedication.  I will ask you to step out of your comfort zone and challenge you to answer difficult questions about yourself.  I am often told by clients that coaching is a life-changing experience.  I am also told often that coaching is more powerful than counseling.  But it is important that you understand that you must make coaching a priority in your life and dedicate time, money and effort into it to be successful.

Where should I be while we have our sessions?

The sessions work best if you are in a quiet place where you will not be disturbed.  Also, no multi-tasking during sessions.  Coaching takes a lot of focus and concentration and you will need to be 100% distraction free for the hour-long session.  I have had clients who drive during sessions, watch tv, check their Facebook, etc.  I can tell when you are multi-tasking and I will call you out on it.  It is just not a good way to use our coaching time effectively.

What else should I know?
